Regis Ponce is an International Expert at EFESO Management Consultants . He has a strong Maintenance and Operational Excellence background and is a certified JIPM TPM Instructor and RCM Facilitator.

In EFESO Management Consultants since 2000, Regis worked previously in cooperation with JIPM as TPM consultant in the Spanish industrial sector, from 1994 to 1999.                                                                                             

Since 2014, Project leader WCM/Reliability in ArcelorMittal Spanish plant, where developed the Reliability Acceleration program.

As an expert in maintenance organization, techniques and reliability, he worked with several multinational companies, including in the development of the Worldwide Maintenance System for International food group.
