Andrea has more than 20 years of experience as management consultant. His main competencies are in business planning and management, industrial strategy, operational improvement across the end-to-end value chain, product development, cost management, program management, transaction support and commercial & contractual management.

Andrea works mainly in industrial sectors with the perspective of progression programs and global performance improvement, and has proven expertise in the Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Industrial Equipment and Transportation industries.

Currently active as Vice President of EFESO Consulting he leads the Group activities in the Discrete Manufacturing industries, notably Automotive, Aerospace & Defence and Machinery. He also serves as Expert in few practices including Smart Development, Procurement & Cost Management, Contract Management.

Before joining EFESO he was Director and co-founder of the management consulting boutique Blupeter in Italy, and prior to that he was senior manager at Solving International and member of the Group’s International Technical Committee.

He has a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
