Prof. Dr.-Ing. Werner Bick is Co-Founder of the management consultancy ROI-EFESO. In his role as Senior Manager he supports client companies in building and implementing Industry 4.0 strategies and driving operational excellence programs successfully. He has many years of consulting experience with regard to optimization of R&D, production and supply chain processes as well as transformation of organizations. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Werner Bick is Professor for Supply Chain Management at the Technical University of Regensburg.

Didier Brackenier, Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee at EFESO Benelux, has solid experience working in a variety of fields and industries, with a specific focus on progression management. His areas of expertise include translating strategy into action, supporting successful transitions, managing large scale transformations with substantial impact, setting up and monitoring progression dynamics, engineering and implementing strategic programs ranging from pure restructuring to step by step behavioural change. He holds a Master’s in engineering (KU Leuven), an MBA (EDHEC – France) and a degree in e-Commerce (Wharton).
