Didier Brackenier, Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee at EFESO Benelux, has solid experience working in a variety of fields and industries, with a specific focus on progression management. His areas of expertise include translating strategy into action, supporting successful transitions, managing large scale transformations with substantial impact, setting up and monitoring progression dynamics, engineering and implementing strategic programs ranging from pure restructuring to step by step behavioural change. He holds a Master’s in engineering (KU Leuven), an MBA (EDHEC – France) and a degree in e-Commerce (Wharton).
Robin WachterSenior Consultant @ROI-EFESO
Robin Wachter is Senior Consultant at ROI-EFESO since 2018. His consulting focus is on digital transformation and the operationalization of the digitization strategy. The emphasis is on the implementation of data analytics methods in interaction with various tools and platforms. Previously, Robin Wachter was responsible for the development of business intelligence at a large medium-sized IT service provider and completed his master’s degree in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
