EFESO Consulting announced today that Anthony Shingleton has been appointed Vice President based in the Paris office. He will be in charge of developing the pharma industry as well as discrete manufacturing and infra-based services sectors across Europe, Middle East and Africa.Anthony will also contribute to enhancing furthermore the manufacturing excellence practice and services/sales practice.

Anthony brings 20 years of experience in both international consulting firms and industrial sectors such as pharma, aerospace and defense, financial services, process industry, renewable energies and transport & logistics. He has a deep expertise in R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, transactional processes as well as digital transformation.
Prior to joining EFESO, Anthony was Worldwide Program Director at Akzo Nobel and Head of Customer Success & Delivery within one of IBM’s Business Transformation practices where he specialized in improving operational performance, operational excellence programs, group-wide transformation within complex and multicultural environments. He brings significant experience in designing and deploying sales processes aimed at new logo business acquisition.
Anthony is convinced that excellence is achieved through an integrated approach of people, organization, process, technology coupled with a 'Simplify, Automate & Augment’ approach.
Anthony has a Bachelor of Science and Master's degree from the University of Southampton and a PhD from the University of Bath.
