Gianni joined EFESO in 2018, working for the Italian team. Gianni has been leading many improvement programs in big and mid-size companies, focusing his work on Lean Manufacturing & Lean Thinking, Product Development & Re-engineering, Organizational Re-engineering and Supply Chain Management.
Gianni had been working in a large variety of sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Industrial Equipment and Mechanical.
He has a degree in MSc Management Engineering in Politecnico di Milano and published 3 books (edited by Hoepli): “Gestione della Produzione Industriale”, “Lean Manufacturing” and “Innovation Management”.
