Alan has over 35 years of industry experience and is responsible for growing the Chemical and Energy industry practices. He helps clients accelerate growth and raise profitability through operational transformation programs that combine industry best practice work processes with specialized consulting experience.

He specializes in tailoring our proven industry templates, unique accelerators, best practice playbooksand senior experts under a “player/coach” implementation model for each client. This helps clients deploy deep operational improvements faster and ensures lasting breakthrough results across multiple functions, within large production sites or across a fleet of assets.

Alan’s experience reaches across the value chain touching procurement, operations, reliability, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, capital projects, and digital enablement. He is directly accountable for client satisfaction and delivery results, with a demonstrated track record of using gain- sharing engagement models and key metrics that tightly align both EFESO and client in one team. This integrated approach guarantees long-term business relationships built on accountability, partnership, and shared success.

Before joining EFESO, Alan served as a trusted advisor to a variety of large, asset-intensive clients, including process manufacturing (energy, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals), discrete manufacturing (industrial products, automotive), retail and consumer goods, wholesale distribution and logistics.
