Florian Kotal is a Principal at EFESO in Austria with approximately 20 years of experience in process industries, specializing in process optimization, performance management systems, and capability development of teams and organizations. He supports clients across a wide range of industries in driving operational excellence and sustainable performance improvements.
Prior to joining EFESO, Florian worked extensively in supply chain management, leading multiple projects focused on improving operational performance. He also held a leadership role as Head of Individual Customer Business and Asset Management in the Central and Eastern Europe region.
Florian’s expertise includes business process redesign, cultural change, operational deployment, and transformation program design. He has led numerous operational excellence and lean management initiatives across production, maintenance, logistics, production planning, and quality, helping organizations improve efficiency and implement effective shopfloor management systems.
