Patric Olsson
Principal
Patric Olsson is a Principal at EFESO with more than 30 years of experience in operations and manufacturing leadership across the process industry, including extensive experience in the forest industry. He specializes in Operational Excellence, with a focus on WCOM, TPM, and Lean implementation, as well as performance control systems, business strategy execution, and operational deployment.
Patric has a strong background in finance, supply chain, maintenance, and production management, and has held senior leadership roles including site director with full P&L responsibility for large-scale operations. In recent years, he has led multi-site initiatives spanning finance, strategy, and operations in international environments.
Since joining EFESO in 2025, Patric has supported clients with the design and implementation of Operational Excellence programs, driving continuous improvement, capability development, and sustainable performance results.
