Scott Allen is a Principal at EFESO Management Consultants in the Americas, with more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing management and operational transformation. He specializes in Operational Excellence, including TPM, Lean, and WCOM, as well as Industry 4.0, capability and people development, and large-scale program and project execution.
Scott began his career at Kraft Foods as a Manufacturing Engineer and progressed through leadership roles including Production Manager, Plant Manager, and Director of Operations over an 18+ year tenure.
He joined EFESO in 2012, where he has supported clients across a broad range of industries including food and beverage, consumer goods, chemicals, metals, and life sciences. Scott has led numerous global transformation initiatives, focusing on performance improvement, behavioral safety, culture change, and end-to-end operational excellence.
