Senior Consultant, Operational Excellence | EFESO India

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives on the shop floor to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Design, develop, and implement performance dashboards and analytical reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other best practices.
• Leverage AI and modern digital technologies to optimize manufacturing processes and enable smart factory capabilities.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams to deliver sustainable transformation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into structured execution roadmaps.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field).
• 10–12 years of hands-on experience leading shop floor excellence initiatives.
• Strong exposure to AI, automation, and emerging technologies in manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to create impactful dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
