The transformation began with an operational excellence project in the fragrance manufacturing plant, focusing on setting ambitious goals, developing capabilities and enhancing productivity. Following initial successes, we extended the program to six additional factories across France, Turkey, and Israel.
Working directly with plant teams, we implemented productivity improvements and redesigned several factories to optimize internal flows and improve service levels. For product development acceleration, we restructured the entire process to reduce lead times dramatically.
When volume challenges emerged, we supported organizational redesign, focusing on streamlining processes and reallocating resources. The procurement transformation addressed supplier consolidation, base streamlining and pricing optimization.
Throughout the 18-year partnership, we have transferred capabilities into the organization, ensuring sustainable improvements beyond each project’s completion.
