Johannes has led and supported a wide range of client engagements, including transformation programs to improve throughput, strategy execution, operational due diligences, and hands-on leadership roles such as Acting Plant Manager. Johannes approach combines structured analysis with pragmatic execution, helping clients turn strategy into measurable operational results through Operational Excellence deployment, capability building, and targeted improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining EFESO, Johannes worked as a Product Manager in the automotive industry, as well as Associate for an investment firm and as a Production Manager in the food manufacturing industry.
He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and is fluent in Swedish and English.
