Alex holds an M.Sc. in Production Engineering and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining EFESO in 2022, he worked at Plasman in a leading role within operational excellence and as deputy manager of technology.
Alex has supported clients in implementing operational excellence programs, loss analysis and reduction across full production units, team coaching, and management process development. Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, Alex is fluent in Swedish and English and speaks Spanish.
