Martin is a Principal at EFESO with over 30 years of experience supporting industrial organizations. He is Head of Discrete Manufacturing and Automotive Industry in the Nordics.

Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, he has extensive expertise in operations management, purchasing, and organizational development across manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.

Martin has led numerous large‑scale improvement initiatives, including operational excellence programs, business process redesign, and network optimization. His background also includes strong experience in leadership and human dynamics, enabling him to effectively facilitate collaboration and drive sustainable change.
