Fabian Rodriguez is senior vice president at the EFESO Group (ARGO-EFESO) and co-lead of the private equity practice in the US. He is a trusted advisor with over 22 years of management consulting experience, advising industrial companies and leading private equity investors across the full investment cycle. Fabian has led more than 70 management consulting projects including due diligence assignments as well as value maximization plans and implementation post-acquisition, focusing on profitability improvement, operational excellence and transformation, performance improvement, value management and pricing optimization.

Fabian’s expertise spans across various sectors including industrials, consumer goods, food and beverage and life sciences sectors. He advises private equity firms on company and operational due diligence and has worked with top management teams and board of directors to develop and execute full potential plans to improve the value, returns and operational performance of their enterprises.

Prior to joining ARGO-EFESO in 2016, Fabian was the Head of Latin America at Stern Stewart & Co, a leading value-based management advisory firm and a Senior Associate at Kearney in New York. In 2022, Fabian supported the setup of Ownership Works, a non-profit focused on broadening corporate ownership and enhancing the financial resilience of the workforce primarily in portfolio companies of leading private equity funds.

Fabian holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, magna cum laude, from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School. In 2023, Fabian completed the Executive Program on Leading Professional Service Firms at Harvard Business School.
