Thomas Troll is vice president partner at ROI-EFESO Management Consultants . Over the past 24 years, his consulting focus has been primarily on the transformation of operations towards excellence and sustainability. This ranges from the strategic redesign of global footprints to the optimization of supply chains and the digitalization of value-adding processes.

In all projects, he always strives for tangible and measurable results. As part of his assignments, he has been analyzed more than 200 sites in more than 20 countries around the world. He is part of the EFESO industry leadership teams of Discrete Manufacturing and Private Equity (PE). With his team of experts, he supports various practices as supply chain management, intralogistics and analytics.

Before his consulting career he developed sensor systems for cars and AGVs. Thomas holds a PhD and Diploma degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
