Jost Kamenik is a member of the Executive Committee and leads the Global Business Group for Discrete Manufacturing at EFESO Management Consultants. With over 25 years of international leadership experience, he is a recognized expert in performance excellence, cost transformation, and CO₂/sustainability optimization, delivering measurable impact across industries.

At EFESO, Jost partners with leading global organizations in automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial engineering, telecommunications, and finance to plan, pilot and roll-out large-scale transformations, focusing on future-readiness, performance improvement, cost reduction, and top-line improvement.

Jost began his career at Daimler-Benz Aerospace, completing the Corporate Management Program and leading global initiatives that shaped the commercialization strategy of the Space Division. He later joined PA Consulting Group as German Country Head, where he led the Global Operations Excellence practice and guided clients through complex transformation programs.

Combining strategic foresight with executional excellence, Jost has built a strong track record of enabling organizations to achieve breakthrough improvements in performance, profitability, and sustainability within dynamic and technologically advanced industries.
