Marcia De Troyer is the Vice President and co-lead of EFESO’s Industrial Sustainability Practice. With over 25 years of experience, Marcia specializes in designing and managing large-scale progression programs that drive substantial business impact.

Her expertise spans across various domains, including: Designing and realizing transformation roadmaps that translate strategy into actionable plans; Co-creating and engineering change management programs to support large business transformations; Integrating business performance improvement initiatives and developing leadership programs and implementing cultural change.

Marcia has extensive industry experience, particularly in sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, technology and service companies for the heavy industries.

She is adept at working with diverse populations at all organizational levels, from field operations and commercial agents to marketing and expert teams in finance, HR, and ICT. Recognized for her breakthrough change management methodologies, Marcia has established long-term, trust-based relationships with key CXOs and decision-makers. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and an MBA in Marketing. Additionally, she is a member of The Shift, an association dedicated to promoting a sustainable future.
