Gael Sandrin is a Principal at EFESO Consulting. With over 15 years of experience in management consulting and strategic advisory, Gael supports clients in driving operational and strategic transformations across industrial sectors. At EFESO, Gael works side-by-side with industrial clients to accelerate their transformation towards future-proof operations, with a particular focus on procurement, due diligence, operational efficiencies, and digital transformation projects.

Gael’s expertise spans strategy development, business transformation, and performance improvement, with deep experience in sectors such as automotive, transport, and defense. He has accompanied managers and their teams in addressing both strategic and operational challenges, delivering sustainable improvements and measurable results.

Before joining EFESO, Gael spent over 10 years in consulting including at Theano Advisors, a strategic consulting firm and spin-off of Oliver Wyman, where he developed his expertise in organization and transformation. He also gained valuable experience in mergers and acquisitions advisory at Oddo & Cie and LCF Rothschild.

Gael holds a Master of Science in Strategy & Organisation Consultancy from EDHEC Business School. He is certified in cybersecurity through New York University. Speaks French, English and Spanish.
