Erik Weytjens is a Principal consultant in EFESO’s Brussels office.  His main areas of intervention include transformation management, operational excellence, corporate strategy and complex stakeholder alignment.  He has a broad industrial experience in Chemicals, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, Electricity Transmission, Port Infrastructure, Aeronautics. 

Recent projects include operational excellence projects in chemical plants and in the maintenance organization of a transmission system operator, the redesign of the EPC processes in manufacturing and construction companies, international business development, complex stakeholder alignment among 30 CEO’s, the redesign of the sales process for a leading contract R&D organization.

Before being a consultant, Erik had senior general management positions.

His degrees include an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from KUL (Belgium), an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech (USA) and an MBA from INSEAD (France)


Yann is a specialist in performance improvement, change management and organizational development. His sector expertise covers media, logistics, manufacturing, banking, public transport and retail.

Yann has 15-year management consultancy experience with the European Performance Institute, Empact & EFESO Consulting.

In his prior experience, he was a researcher and teacher at the Leuven University and was a senior manager in retail distribution management and logistics. From 2011 to 2014 Yann was an Operations Director for the Belgian Post where he realized significant performance improvements in the cost, quality and safety area.

He has successfully completed significant performance improvement and change management projects with local and global clients in various industries. He is a graduate of Leuven University (KU Leuven 1994) and is an ADKAR certified change manager (Stockholm 2013).


Reinout Declerck is managing director of EFESO Digital. EFESO Digital unleashes the power of digital to complement EFESO's consulting offer. EFESO Digital is home to Solvace, a rapidly growing digital platform accelerating the progression and
continuous improvement efforts of many leading organisations around the globe. Solvace was co-founded by Reinout, and later acquired by EFESO Consulting. Reinout specializes in all aspects related to growing a digital/technology oriented business, and is always on the lookout to hire new talent to join the mission of EFESO Digital and Solvace.

Reinout started his career as strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, advising C-level leadership in various industries and assignments. Reinout has a PhD in Engineering and a Master in Business Economics from Ghent University.


François is in charge of EFESO’s digital offering. He is responsible for designing solutions that support Performance Progression in companies. These solutions brings the benefits of digital transformation to operational excellence activities by removing bureaucracy, providing cross-fertilization opportunities across all initiatives, and making the link with Performance Behavior.

François is the co-founder of Solvace, a software platform that allows companies to solve business problems more efficiently, without reinventing the wheel. Solvace is currently used by major companies in different industries. Solvace has been acquired by EFESO in 2016.

He has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting (Celerant, Boston Consulting Group) and in Project Management (Sony Europe). His main competencies are in Product Development, Digital Transformation, Problem Solving and Project Management.

François holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a Master in Management of Information Systems from HEC Paris, and is a telecom engineer.


Susannah Roussaux, manager at EFESO Belgium, has business & consulting experience in a variety of fields and industries, with a specific focus on Lean, Change & Program Management.

Her areas of expertise include designing hands-on transformation roadmaps, developing integrated change roadmaps, managing and supporting companywide transformations & setting up a sustainable continuous improvement framework. She combines operational excellence knowledge with Human Dynamics insights. She aligns and coaches (operational) management teams to put strategy into action, which can mean new ways of working, new ways of leading! Her drive and pragmatic attitude motivate and ensure that all the aspects you care about are taken care of.

Her broad industry experience includes Healthcare (hospitals & health fund), Insurance, R&D, Banking & Retail. She has Masters degrees in Physiotherapy (Artesis Antwerpen) and in Management (LBC & Antwerp Management School). She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Scrum Master.



Didier Brackenier, Vice-President and Member of the Executive Committee at EFESO Benelux, has solid experience working in a variety of fields and industries, with a specific focus on progression management.

His areas of expertise include translating strategy into action, supporting successful transitions, managing large scale transformations with substantial impact, setting up and monitoring progression dynamics, engineering and implementing strategic programs ranging from pure restructuring to step by step behavioural change.

He has broad industry experience, including: Media, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Chemicals, Pharma, Logistics, Postal, Transport, Telecom and FMCG.

He has a Masters in Engineering (KU Leuven), a MBA (EDHEC – France) and a degree in e-Commerce (Wharton). He is a certified Financial Analyst (ICHEC).


Marcia De Troyer, Vice President, has a master in organization psychology and an MBA in marketing. She has a solid experience in management consulting in a variety of fields and industries.

Her expertise covers following topics, for companies as a whole, BU’s and functional units: Design and realization of Transformation roadmaps translating strategy into action, Co-creation and Engineering of Change Management programs, supporting large Business Transformations, Co-creation and integration of business performance improvement programs , Co-creation and development of leadership programs, Cultural change implementations.

She has a broad industry experience in Western Europe, including: Logistics & Postal, Financial Services (Banking and Insurance), Transport, Retail, Media and Telecommunication; and has experience in working with different types of populations on all levels: field operations, commercial field agents, marketing, expert populations (finance, HR, ICT)

Marcia is recognized for breakthrough change management cases and methodology development. She has long-term working and trust relationships with selected CXO’s/decision makers.
