Roger brings more than 30 years of experience, deep expertise in asset management, operational excellence, and large-scale transformation programs. He supports clients globally across the chemicals, oil and gas, mining, and transportation sectors.
Roger specializes in asset management transformation, sustainable change management, performance management systems, and organizational culture change. He helps organizations improve reliability, increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance production performance through the implementation of best practices and standard work processes.
Before joining EFESO, Roger began his industrial career with Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), where he led the U.S. Mass Transit division. Since entering consulting, he has successfully led numerous global transformation programs in maintenance and operations, delivering significant operational and financial improvements.
Roger holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is fluent in English and Swedish
