With over 25 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, Ahmed drives large-scale transformation programs that optimize global production footprints and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance. At EFESO, Ahmed leads strategic initiatives supporting clients across diverse industries, delivering sustainable operational improvements and measurable business impact.
Ahmed specializes in operational excellence, business process optimization, production network design, and supply chain strategy. Ahmed’s approach combines deep technical expertise with a focus on coaching and mentoring, contributing to EFESO’s internal knowledge development while guiding the next generation of consultants.
Before joining EFESO, Ahmed spent over 20 years at HOERBIGER, holding senior leadership roles including Head of Operational Excellence, Head of Supply Chain Management, and Head of Controlling, where he successfully led global transformation projects.
Ahmed holds a degree in Business Administration and speaks English, German, and Arabic.
