Alan Free is senior vice president at EFESO.
With over 35 years of industry experience, Alan leads EFESO’s Chemical, Energy, and Natural Resources practice, supporting clients in accelerating growth through large-scale transformation programs. Alan partners with executives to deliver sustainable improvements by combining industry best practices with a hands-on “player/coach” consulting approach.
Alan’s expertise spans business transformation, post-merger integration, operational excellence, and performance improvement, consistently driving significant reductions in COGS and SG&A, enhancing inventory productivity, and improving service levels; working closely with global leaders to design and execute strategies that create lasting value and competitive advantage.
Before joining EFESO, Alan advised clients across process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, wholesale distribution, and logistics. Alan holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
