Andy Yearsley

Andy Yearsley is principal at EFESO.

Leading the UK Automotive team, Andy comes with over 30 years’ experience driving operational performance across manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, and supplier management in sectors including Automotive, Discrete and Process Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defence, Food & Beverages, Utilities, and Engineering.

Andy’s expertise includes operations strategy and transformation, continuous improvement deployment, Industry 4.0, smart operations, sourcing and procurement, cost management, and ESG; helping clients implement step changes in performance, optimize supply chains, and achieve measurable impact.

Before joining EFESO, Andy held leadership and delivery roles at Alixpartners, Argon & Co, Hitachi Consulting, and Capgemini/EY. Andy began his career at Nissan UK and Japan, qualifying as a Lean Master, and later served as Global Sourcing Director at Ford Motor Europe.

Andy holds a BA in Business Studies from Northumbria University and completed his earlier education at Newcastle Royal Grammar School. Speaks English, French and Japanese.
