With over 25 years of experience, Antti specializes in driving digital transformation and leveraging artificial intelligence to optimize industrial operations. At EFESO, Antti leads the Industrial AI practice in the Nordics, advising global manufacturers and industrial leaders on integrating AI into core processes and organizational models.

Antti’s expertise spans predictive maintenance, intelligent automation, process optimization, and AI-driven decision-making; helping companies design actionable AI roadmaps, overcome implementation challenges, and unlock sustainable growth while addressing ethical and organizational impacts of emerging technologies.

Before joining EFESO, Antti held senior advisory roles at Accenture, Avanto Ventures, and Avaus Consulting, and collaborated with major players like Disney, BBC, Virgin Media, KONE, and Nokia through both his ventures and Big Four consultancies.

Antti holds a BSc from Emerson College and speaks English and Finnish fluently.
