Bruce’s expertise includes supply chain redesign, domestic and international logistics, TMS and WMS implementation, warehouse design and construction, procurement, and strategic planning. focusing on aligning operational execution with business objectives to deliver sustainable results on time and within scope.

Before EFESO, Bruce provided interim senior management, led due diligence and acquisitions, and built global supply chains and operating infrastructures for Fortune 1000 companies, private equity-backed businesses, and startups across multiple markets.

Bruce holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Business Optimization from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
