With over a decade of experience in management consulting and industrial operations, Christian serves as Principal at EFESO, focusing on profitability and performance improvement within operations and supply chain excellence for the discrete manufacturing industry. Since joining Tsetinis, now part of EFESO, Christian has supported clients in enhancing efficiency and driving measurable operational results across complex industrial environments.

Christian’s expertise spans production strategy, operational excellence, and efficiency management. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, Christian enables organizations to optimize production networks, strengthen operational performance, and realize sustainable business value.

Before joining EFESO, Christian held management consulting positions at TMG Consultants, where he specialized in operations and production excellence for manufacturing clients. Earlier in his career, Christian gained extensive line management experience at Norsk Hydro, overseeing aluminum production processes, and began his professional journey at ABB in industrialization and production optimization.

Christian holds a Master of Business Administration from Post University, a Master of Arts in General Management from the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), and a Master of Engineering in Production and Logistics Management from Hochschule Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. Speaks German and English.
