At EFESO, CJ works with clients in the chemical, oil & gas, transportation, and manufacturing industries, helping them accelerate growth, optimize operations, and achieve measurable results.

CJ’s expertise spans Lean Thinking, Digital transformation, maintenance and reliability, turnarounds, capital projects, operations, contractor optimization, transportation, and supply chain. Over the past decade, CJ has successfully led more than 35 consulting projects in the process industries, generating over $700 million in bottom-line savings for clients.

Before joining EFESO, CJ developed continuous improvement programs across the insurance, transportation, and distribution sectors and built a high-performing internal consulting team at BNSF Railroad.

CJ holds an MBA in Operations and Statistics and a B.S. in International Supply Chain from the University of Tennessee, as well as an A.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland.
