Clive Geldard is partner and head of Retail EMEA at EFESO.

With over 30 years of experience in end-to-end value chain, logistics, and distribution channel management, Clive brings deep operational and consulting expertise across complex B2B and B2C environments.

Clive has worked extensively across the UK, Europe, and developing markets including India, the Middle East, and Africa. Working in the automotive sector before moving into Retail, Food, and Consumer related sectors, Clive has focused on strategic value chain transformations, organisation capability building, and continuous improvement.

Clive is co-author of the research papers “Supply Chain in the Boardroom – Closing the Implementation Gap” and “Breakthrough to Synchronization – Levers for Growth and Value Creation.” Clive also contributed to the Springer publication “World Class Operations Management – Why You Need More Than Lean”, authoring the chapter on supply chain. Areas of specialization include complexity management, value chain synchronization, and route to market strategy.
