With over 20 years of experience in the private equity sector, Cyrille leads EFESO’s work in transactions and business transformation, reinforcing the firm’s Private Equity practice in France and globally. Current responsibilities focus on advising investors and portfolio companies across multiple industries through strategic, operational, and transformational challenges.

Cyrille’s expertise spans transaction support, holistic business transformation, growth strategy, operational performance improvement, and cost optimization. Known for combining strategic vision with rigorous execution, Cyrille drives value creation, guides stressed or underperforming assets, and partners closely with management teams and sponsors to deliver measurable impact.

Before joining EFESO, Cyrille held senior leadership roles in portfolio companies as CSO, CTO, and CDO, and previously served as Partner at Bain, Kearney, and Cairn Partners. Earlier experience includes establishing Bain’s first Private Equity practice in Paris and leading coverage of special situations and LBO funds.

Cyrille holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Engineering from École Centrale Paris. Languages: French and English.
