Dominik Wichmann is senior principal and head of the Practice Product machining excellence at EFESO.
Dominik brings over 15 years of experience in operations excellence, performance improvement, and profitability programs across industrial sectors. At EFESO, Dominik leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results for clients in both Germany and international markets.
Dominik’s expertise spans end-to-end operational performance, cost and change management, and organizational transformation. Dominik partners with clients to implement sustainable improvements, combining structured methodologies with hands-on execution to achieve lasting impact.
Before EFESO, Dominik held senior roles at Tsetinis, gaining extensive experience in operations optimization, cost engineering, and business transformation projects.
Dominik holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from RWTH Aachen University and is fluent in English and German.
