Christian brings over 15 years of experience in driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization within the manufacturing and automotive industries. At EFESO, Christian leads projects focused on business process improvement, ERP recovery, and cost optimization, helping clients enhance performance and achieve sustainable growth.
With deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain design, SAP-driven manufacturing and logistics solutions, and strategic transformation programs, Christian supports organizations in aligning their operational models with future business needs. Christian’s consulting approach combines data-driven insights with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact.
Before joining EFESO, Christian held senior roles at BearingPoint, where he specialized in SAP planning, manufacturing, and logistics for leading automotive clients. Earlier, Christian gained valuable experience in logistics, network development, and supply chain solutions across several European firms.
Christian holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management and a Master’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Heriot-Watt University. Speaks English and German fluently.
