Jean-Pierre is co-founder and COO of Cognitive Companions, part of EFESO, and co-founder and CEO of Humanances. With over 25 years of experience, Jean-Pierre supports organizations in strategy execution and transformation, focusing on making technology an ally, enabling innovation, and improving human-centric performance across sectors.
Jean-Pierre’s expertise includes organizational transformation, leadership development, PLM processes, and digital integration. Known for facilitating real and virtual communities, Jean-Pierre helps clients align strategy, processes, and culture to achieve sustainable impact.
Before joining EFESO, Jean-Pierre served as partner at Theano Advisors, and delivered strategic and operational support at Cognitive Companions, providing guidance in governance, transformation, and innovation.
Jean-Pierre holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, a DEA in Algorithms from École Polytechnique, and a Master in Computer Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Speaks French and English.
