Dr. Kai Magenheimer

Dr. Kai Magenheimer is partner and global head of Manufacturing at EFESO.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Kai supports internationally operating companies in the strategic design and evaluation of manufacturing and supply chain networks, as well as in the conception and global implementation of Operational Excellence programs. Kai’s expertise also includes organizational design and the development of future factory concepts.

Since joining ROI Management Consulting AG in 2014, now part of EFESO, and becoming partner in 2019, Kai has successfully led large-scale transformation programs across sectors such as automotive, food, retail, and mechanical engineering. His deep transformation experience ensures sustainable success in complex change initiatives.

Kai studied Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University and earned a PhD from the Institute for Machine Tools and Management Sciences (iwb) at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on Lean Management in Indirect Areas. Speaks Dutch and English.
