With over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology and business, Konrad drives digital transformation initiatives, focusing on Future and Smart Factory concepts as well as enterprise solution architecture. At EFESO, Konrad leads projects that leverage AI and advanced analytics to optimize industrial operations and deliver sustainable performance improvements.

Konrad specializes in AI, machine learning, and process automation, helping clients integrate emerging technologies into their strategic and operational models. His expertise includes developing AI-powered solutions, driving innovation, and supporting organizations through business model transformation.

Before joining EFESO, Konrad co-founded querifai, an AI experimentation platform, and served as CTO, leading the development of advanced data interaction and automation solutions. Konrad also held senior roles at Stern Stewart & Co., where he managed M&A projects, commercial turnarounds, and go-to-market strategies across industries including automotive, oil & gas, and insurance.

Konrad holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics and an MSc in Modelling & Management of Risk from Brunel University London.
