Dr. Uwe Steinkötter is partner and global head of Operational Excellence at EFESO.

With over 20 years of experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. At EFESO, Uwe leads holistic transformation, driving operational excellence, digitalization, and holistic transformation programs that integrate strategy, processes, technology, and culture.

Uwe’s expertise spans Lean implementation, operational excellence, transformation strategies, and coaching, with a focus on fostering agile, high-performing teams. Known for building tailored methodologies, Uwe enables clients to tackle complex challenges and achieve breakthrough performance.

Before joining EFESO, Uwe served as Vice President Manufacturing and ESG at CGI and held multiple leadership roles at Bosch, covering manufacturing, Business Excellence, operational excellence, Lean, digital transformation, and strategy in 3 Bosach Business Sectors mobility, consumer goods, and industrial technology sectors.

Uwe holds a Diploma and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Ruhr-University Bochum and a Master of Business Coaching from Coach Academy Schweiz as well as an ISO 16949 certification als systemic coach and consultant. Speaks German and English.
