Erik Diks

Erik Diks is partner and global head of Supply Chain at EFESO.

With more than 25 years of experience in Supply Chain Management advisory, Erik supports multinational clients unlock greater value from their end-to-end value chains. Specifically, Erik has worked for companies in the Food & Beverage, Dairy & Agriculture, Home Goods, Building Materials and Med Tech industry. Erik expertise includes supply chain planning including S&OP/ IBP, network design optimization, supply chain strategy development and complexity management.

Before joining EFESO, Erik held management roles at Chainalytics (now part of NTT DATA), PwC The Netherlands and S&V Management Consultants. As the managing Director of Chainalytics Europe Erik grew the supply chain practice to 40 supply chain professionals across multiple countries.

Erik holds a Ph.D. and MSc. degree in Mathematics, and wrote a thesis on inventory optimization models.
