Fabian Rodriguez

Fabian Rodriguez is partner, co-head Private Equity Americas and global head of Transactions and Turnaround at EFESO.

With over 25 years of global consulting experience, Fabian is a trusted advisor to leading private equity investors across the full investment cycle. Fabian has led over 70 projects, including buy- and sell-side due diligence, value creation plans, and post-acquisition performance improvement. Areas of focus include profitability improvement, operational transformation, pricing optimization, lean operations, and value-based management.

Working closely with top management teams and boards, Fabian supports clients in developing and executing full-potential plans to enhance value, returns, and operational performance.

Prior to joining EFESO in 2016, Fabian was Head of Latin America at Stern Stewart & Co and senior Associate at Kearney in New York. In 2022, Fabian contributed to the launch of Ownership Works, a nonprofit promoting employee ownership in private equity portfolio companies.

Fabian holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, magna cum laude, from Universidad de Los Andes, and an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School. Completed the Executive Program on Leading Professional Service Firms at Harvard Business School. Speaks English, French and Spanish.
