Felix leads high-impact initiatives such as holistic cost recovery programs, sourcing strategy optimization, and consulting approaches tailored to businesses undergoing digital and e-transformation. His strategic methods enable clients to achieve operational and financial excellence in highly competitive markets.

Before joining EFESO, Felix began his career in 2010 in the automotive industry, specializing in project and program management, profitability initiatives, and agile PMO methodologies.

Felix holds a Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and a Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau. Speaks German and English.
