Florian Roth is the managing director of DACH, senior partner and global head of Automotive & Commercial Vehicles at EFESO.

With over 20 years of experience in performance improvement and holistic profitability programs, Florian has developed deep expertise in the automotive and commercial vehicle industries. Recognized as a thought leader in product cost optimization and strategic turnarounds, Florian leads complex transformation initiatives that drive sustainable value.

Florian specializes in designing and implementing end-to-end profitability programs, operational excellence, and localization strategies. Key achievements include managing large-scale cost optimization initiatives, supporting transitions to hybrid and e-mobility technologies, and delivering measurable results across global markets. International project experience includes leadership roles in China, India, and Brazil.

Before joining EFESO, Florian began a career in purchasing at a global leader in sensors and automation, followed by a key position at an international Tier 1 supplier, where responsibilities included supplier management, cost optimization, and process improvements.

Florian holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Fluent in German and English.
