Gerry Madore brings over 35 years of operational and consulting experience in the Refining, Pipeline Transportation, and Upstream sectors, working across North America, Europe, and ASEAN regions. At EFESO, Gerry leads strategic transformation initiatives, partnering with senior executives to improve operational and financial performance, streamline supply chains, and implement sustainable change.

Gerry’s expertise spans integrated value chain planning, organizational design, business process reengineering, change management, and digital solution deployment; leading large-scale cross-border mergers, SAP implementations, and operational optimization programs, delivering measurable performance improvements and bottom-line impact for clients such as Enbridge Liquid Pipelines, MOL, Slovnaft, INA, Nynas, and Koch Refining.

Before EFESO, Gerry held senior operational and management roles in refining, petrochemical, and gas facilities with Gulf, Sunoco, Sohio Alaska, and Dome Petroleum, gaining extensive experience in operations, logistics, production planning, and quality management.

Gerry holds a BSc in Chemical & Petroleum Refining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, an MBA in Operations and Strategy from the University of Michigan, and is a certified instructor in the Quality Education System (QES).
