With more than a decade of experience in organizational transformation and operational excellence, Jean-Jacque’ focus is on leading end-to-end transformation programs in the metals and minerals industry. Current responsibilities include designing and implementing operating systems, management infrastructures, and capability-building initiatives that drive sustainable performance improvements.

Expertise covers Lean Six Sigma, organizational development, change management, and end-to-end transformation strategies. Jean-Jacques works closely with clients to strengthen leadership, behaviors, and capabilities while ensuring pragmatic solutions that deliver measurable results. A collaborative approach, combined with strategic insight, has supported large-scale transformations across multiple industrial sectors.

Before joining EFESO, Jean-Jacques worked as a freelance Senior Consultant at SARL Moonshots, leading transformation projects across construction, aviation, automotive, metallurgy, media, insurance, and energy. Experience included scaling strategic production tools, program management, and supporting both public and private sector clients through organizational and operational challenges.

Jean-Jacques holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Languages spoken include French and English.
