At EFESO, Jean-Marc leads international transformation programs across multiple industries, leveraging the firm’s global network of 1000+ consultants.

Jean-Marc’s expertise spans Lean Management, Lean Engineering, R&D, and Product Development, delivering measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and sustainability. The approach combines rigorous operational methods with a focus on long-term impact and capability building. Passionate about helping operational teams and leaders deliver compelling results.

Before joining EFESO, Jean-Marc served as partner at specialized consulting boutiques, and senior manager at BearingPoint, building Lean Management practices and drove transformation programs across manufacturing, automotive, pharma, and public services.

Jean-Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Material Science from INSA Lyon and completed executive leadership programs at the Yale School of Management. Fluent in French and English.
