Jonas van Thiel is partner at EFESO.
Jonas has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and digital transformation. Since joining EFESO in 2018, Jonas has driven projects in Industry 4.0, smart factory implementation, and operational excellence, supporting clients across multiple industries in designing and executing global manufacturing footprints.
Jonas specializes in smart factory strategies, digital transformation, and building high-performing OpEx organizations. Jonas helped clients enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and integrate innovative technologies to achieve sustainable operational improvements.
Before EFESO, Jonas held roles at P3 Group, including Head of Production Planning and consultant, leading production planning initiatives and process optimization projects across the Stuttgart region.
Jonas holds a Diploma in Production Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and speaks German and English.
