Jorge Mastellari is senior partner and global head of Oil & Gas and Sustainable Energy at EFESO.
With over 25 years of experience, Jorge brings deep expertise in operational excellence and strategic transformation, supporting clients worldwide. Jorge also represents EFESO on the boards of the American Fuel and Petroleum Manufacturers and the American Petroleum Institute.
Jorge specializes in unlocking strategic value through operational transformation, with focus areas including production, engineering, maintenance, capital projects, reliability, and business integration. Known for delivering high-impact programs, Jorge drives EBITDA improvement through enhanced margins, capacity growth, and optimized supply chains.
Jorge began a consulting career at McKinsey & Company as a Manufacturing Specialist and Project manager and also spent eight years in the automotive sector, serving as Industrial Engineer and NA Lean Systems Director.
Jorge holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Completed executive education at Harvard Business School in Leading Professional Services Firms, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Finance for Executives. Speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
