At EFESO, Jörn supports clients in driving sustainable growth by developing strategies that seamlessly translate into operational excellence across global markets.

Jörn’s expertise spans supply chain optimization, operational performance, business model transformation, and end-to-end value chain management. Jörn has successfully led projects for multinational clients in Industrial Products, Chemicals, FMCG, and Automotive, leveraging his deep cross-industry knowledge and results-driven approach to deliver measurable impact.

Before joining EFESO, Jörn spent a decade at PwC Deutschland as Director and Associate Partner and worked at Strategy& as Principal, focusing on business transformation and operational strategy.

Jörn holds a PhD in Information Systems from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and speaks German and English.
