Kristof De Coster

Kristof De Coster is a partner at EFESO.

As member of the Supply Chain practice leadership team , Kristof brings over 25 years of combined industry and consulting experience. At EFESO, Kristof oversees strategic, tactical and operational supply chain topics with special focus on logistics and distribution, post merger integrations and SC cost optimization across multiple industries.

Kristof’s expertise includes S&OP/IBP, portfolio optimization, footprint and network design, cost-to-serve modeling, and global supply chain transformations. He has delivered impactful results for clients across diverse industries, including (agro)chemicals, food and beverage, consumer products, retail, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and logistics.

Before joining EFESO, Kristof held senior roles within a Big-4 company and spent several years in industry as Supply Chain Director, managing strategy, planning, purchasing, logistics, and operations.

Kristof holds a master degree in Business Science, a degree in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and completed Management Programs at Vlerick Business School. He speaks Dutch, English, French, and German.
