Lawrence (Larry) Keeley is senior vice president at EFESO.

Larry brings over 25 years of experience in management and industrial consulting, co-leading EFESO’s Private Equity practice in North America. Larry supports C-level teams across industries to optimize business performance, enhance customer experience, reduce rework, improve service levels, and strengthen organizational design.

Larry’s expertise spans business transformation, operational excellence, performance optimization, and executive mentoring. Larry advises CEOs and senior leaders on strategic initiatives, driving measurable improvements and sustainable results.

Before joining EFESO, Larry served as President of Matthews Packaging Graphics, a global packaging, design, and brand management firm, and has held senior advisory roles in multiple sectors.

Larry holds a BA in General Studies with a focus on Business and Communications from the University of Iowa. Fluent in English and Spanish.
