Leonardo Terzoli is senior partner and head of Food & Beverage EMEA at EFESO.
With a Master’s degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Leonardo began his career at Saint-Gobain, taking on roles in manufacturing and process development before joining EFESO in 2000.
Leonardo has designed and led global programs supporting multinational companies on their journey to World Class Excellence, delivering transformation initiatives across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. His expertise lies in World Class Operations Management (WCOM), High Performing Organization (HPO) design, and Change Management implementation.
Leonardo has developed deep industry knowledge across Food & Beverage, Packaging, Oil & Gas, Services, Hygiene & Energy technologies, and Pharmaceuticals. A core value driving Leonardo’s work is the determination to make a difference by helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential.
